Cancellation Policy
10 days before the event no charge/deduction, 5-10 days before the event:35 % charge/deduction, and 4 days before the event: 100 % deduction ( no refund ). Replacement delegates will be accepted with no additional charges. IGEM reserves the right to cancel the event or change the venue up to 10 days before the starting date.
