Day 2 (26 October 2010) Setting up unit tests 09h00 - 12h30 Hydrodynamics - Finite volumes, geometry, water retention in soil (theory). 14h00 - 16h00 Exercises - Setting up a model and evaluating unit tests (hands on). 16h00 - 18h00 Exercises - Free practice.
Day 3 (27 October 2010) Setting up a watershed 09h00 - 10h30 Setting up a watershed simulation, atmospheric forcing, soil and land use, defining discharges (theory and hands on). 10h30 - 12h30 Exercises: Creating a Digital Elevation Model, drainage network, delimiting the watershed. 14h00 - 16h00 Exercises: Creating input files, running the model, analyzing outputs. 16h00 - 18h00 Free practice.
